Japanese Language Classes & Support
TPIEF offers free Japanese language instruction for foreign nationals residing in Tottori Prefecture. Learners unable to attend classes may contact us to arrange for individual instruction.
If you are interested in to help with language instruction, please visit any of our offices to get started. We will guide you through the registration process and arrange to have you sit in on a class.

Notary Public Consultations (Head Office Only)
A certified notary public, Gyoseishoshi-Lawyers, is available at our office once per month to answer your questions regarding visa procedures and related mattters. Please notify us ahead of time. There is no fee for appointments.

Scholarships for Privately Funded Students
TPIEF can help provide funding for students paying their own way at tertiary institutions within Tottori Prefecture. The scholarship committee meets each year to select recipients on the basis of school recommendations. Application periods may differ depending your institution of study; contact your institution directly for details. Contact us for information on qualifications and other details.
